Thanks to the unique, nostalgic layout divided over two floors, this is the ideal accommodation for larger groups who enjoy an informal, familiar atmosphere. Whether you want to cook together in the classic kitchen, reminisce over the crackling fireplace, or retreat into the bright conservatory: here you will experience the true life of a farmer in the open air.

- Bedrooms: 4 spacious, characteristic bedrooms and a cozy sleeping alcove (divided over 2 floors).
- Bathrooms: 2 modern bathrooms (one of which has a wonderful bathtub).
- Extra atmosphere: Nostalgic fireplace, a bright conservatory/veranda and an extra kitchen with seating area on the first floor.
- Outdoor living: Large private garden (partly fenced) with comfortable garden furniture, a patio and 2 private parking spaces.

Because room and house reservations are handled through Villa for You, you cannot add the extras to the same shopping cart. Would you like to make your stay extra cozy with our artisanal regional breakfast or a luxurious cocktail platter? The Ground Floor: Familiar comfort
Upon entering through the spacious hallway, you will find a nostalgic and fully equipped living area:

- The Kitchen: Functionally equipped with an electric hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, kettle and a traditional coffee machine (filter coffee) for a delicious, familiar start to the day.
- Living and Dining Room: A cozy, warm space with a large dining table, a comfortable seating area, TV, and an authentic fireplace for long, cozy evenings together.
- Serre / Veranda: A wonderfully light and peaceful space with an extra seating area, ideal for enjoying the view of the green surroundings with a good book.
- Utility room: Furnished with practicality, it includes a microwave and an additional fridge/freezer combination for all your locally sourced produce.
- Sanitation and Sleeping: A separate toilet, one cozy 2-person bedroom and a master bedroom (2-person bed) with an en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub, walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
The First Floor: Ideal for extra privacy
Through the fixed staircase you reach the first floor, which thanks to its own facilities is perfectly furnished as a quiet, additional space within the house:

- Extra Kitchen and Seating Area: Equipped with a cozy private seating area and refrigerator. A wonderful private space for the youth or a part of the family.
- Sleeping and Sanitary: Two simple, spacious bedrooms (one with two double beds and one with a double bed) and a cozy, traditional bedroom with two single beds. In addition, there is the second bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
Enjoying the Brabant outdoor life
Outside you have a lovely patio and a large private garden that is partly fenced in. Take a seat on the garden furniture while the children (or the dogs!) play happily on the grass. With two private parking spaces right outside your car will always be close by.

The holiday home is literally next to our active cheese dairy and the cozy farm shop De Lange Hoeve! During your stay, you can therefore walk right in for the tastiest, artisanal cheeses and local regional products. Nothing could be fresher and more authentic!
